I decided to back off when Brian told me about OutVeo. Because I know he is a perfectionist, hence he’d create something “turbo” indeed. That’s how it happened. I assume this post is a surprise to Brian too.

I bought OutVeo yesterday because:
a) it addresses an obvious need for me
b) I wanted to see whether it’s something I would recommend to my Internet Professionals subscribers and
c) I’ve bought from Brian before and wasn’t expecting to be disappointedAnd I wasn’t.
There has obviously been a great deal of thought an care behind this product. One small example was the ability to chose a format for the date – something much appreciated by a fellow Brit! But also the layout and interface are superb, and the training and support systems worked very smoothly.
As a software developer myself, I very much understand that something like is a work in progress – and probably will continue to be for several years. There are all sorts of directions this package could move in, and I’m sure you have thought of most, if not all of them.
But for the price, this is outstanding value exactly as it stands. I have no hesitation recommending it.

Up until now I had to regularly visit 3 or 4 other websites to manage my outsourced workers… now they are all in one place. Love it!
Each morning I log in, write up new jobs, assign them and check any notes.
Each day as jobs are completed my workers tick off the checklists, reply to any notes and complete the work. Easy.
The most difficult thing I have to do now is tell my staff what to do for me next.

I’ve tried other programs for my outsourcing organization before, but I have found them to be complicated, and many times, overkill for my needs.
You have come up with the perfect solution for me! It is straightforward, clean, and effective. The user interface is well organized and well designed.
It helps me to keep track of the productivity of my workers, without taking loads of MY time. The training is great, and the “Help” has been awesome so far.

I was reading the sales page when my 15-year old apprentice showed up a half an hour early.
I gave him a 30 second description based on the 9 minute video on the sales page.Next I bought the product and had him install it on my website. He’s only used FTP a couple times before. No problems!

Brian Terry has put a system in place for IMer to scale & take their businesses to the next level, interface is clean and user-friendly, training modules make it a breeze for your outsourcers to understand what expected of them.
Admin Area gives you snap shot of every outsourcer quickly enabling you to see their progress made daily, I feel that got more bang for my buck here Brian over delivered. I recommend anyone looking to move forward in there online business get this before the price jumps up.

I purchased OutVeo last week because I was looking for a good Project Management Software online. OutVeo is easy and simple to use and the training videos are clear and easy to understand.
I outsource quite a bit and one problem I found was effectively conveying the project tasks to my vendors.
OutVeo solves this challenge by allowing me to embed a training video inside of the “Task Area”. I can type in detailed instructions as well.
There is also a ‘Task Checklist” where I can enter in specific steps my vendors should do on a project., each step can be “Ticked” or checked off as they are done. Great for keeping vendors on track.
A great feature that OutVeo has is having the ability to export Tasks for later use. There is a feature to import Tasks, and OutView has created a couple of excellent Task Assignments that can immediately be used for any web business.

One question: Is there a way to ‘clone’ an assignment/project? If there is, I haven’t gotten in deep enough to find it, but we often outsource the same task set to different parties and it would be terrific if we could just duplicate the entire project set-up for each worker? My businesses are badly in need of something like Outveo, so I’m so glad to have stumbled upon Brian Terry’s offering.
Whilst I have been using some open source software for project management for over 10 years, I was badly in need of something that was better designed, and would enable a more sophisticated solution to such things as outsourcing and more.

I just got OutVeo this morning because even though I haven’t incorporated outsourcing into my business yet I know I should and that it’s only a matter of time… One of the things that has stopped me up until now was I really wasn’t sure if it was going to make things easier or for me or just add more work to my work load and emails to keep track of etc.
I’m not concerned about that anymore because it seems clear that OutVeo is an excellent tool for managing outsourcing.
The install was quick and easy thanks to the clear step-by-step instructions and the dashboard is very well laid out. After buying a couple of duds it’s great to buy a software wso that actually installs without a hitch and works straight out of the gate and also has plenty of support documentation and tutorials.

My initial observation is the documentation, instructions both written and video are outstanding. Documentation covers everything so “non programmer types” can easily take advantage of this script, install it and put it to use.

OutVeo is a very well designed application. The admin side is very easy to use. The workflow was well thought out and incorporated into a nice design. This application is a steal for this WSO price.

Get Started With OutVeo TodayI think it’s a much better solution than basecamp, wordpress mechanic, etc.
I rarely leave reviews, I never believe a word that anyone says… too much hype for crap products – I hate it when I buy something based on peoples “glowing reviews” only to be sorely disappointed and also hate that anyone who leaves an honest review in a negative light gets torn down by the “crowd”.. so I sit on my hands usually instead of leaving any reviews.
However, I just want to say that I really love outveo, especially the after-sales support which is amazing, they even followed up with me several times on my ticket to make sure I was ok, even though I was too busy to reply.
The price is really nice and the script looks to be an ideal low-cost solution to outsourcing, giving a good training feel, that staff can easily follow and “check off” as they go – I can’t wait to fill it up with all my training.
I also love that I’m not paying a monthly fee and that it’s able to be hosted on my own server.
I’m also in the process of creating outsource training material, and now I’ll also probably create them in outveo format so that others can import my training into their own outveo installs.
Setup was easy thanks to the good step-by-step instructions provided, the site looks great – really clean and easy to navigate.
I’m sure as I start using it more, that I’ll have some suggestions and I’m also sure that the developer will listen to those suggestions. (I’m really impressed with the support).
Bottomline… I’ve been searching and downloading trials for something like this for months (just need to see my LinkedIn Answers to know how much effort I’ve put into the search) and I’ve not been able to find an ‘affordable’ solution that fits what “I” need until now.
My honest review is that this is definitely worth the money and this will fit my needs perfectly for now and I think it’s a much better solution than basecamp, wordpress mechanic, etc.

I have been using My Project Plans for about 1 year now and payed $99 per month. This software is better and cost a whole lot less. It’s a no-brainer.
