What Should You Outsource?

So what projects or tasks should you be outsourcing from your business?

The other day I had a great interview with outsourcing and marketing expert Terry Dean and he came up with a very interesting system for deciding what to outsource.

Terry’s system actually goes against the grain of what many other experts say you should do. In my opinion what Terry says makes perfect sense and really can give you the lifestyle you want.

Here’s all you do…

1. Write down all the things you do in your business
2. Place a letter next to each of them, (A) represents the things you enjoy and are good at doing in your business, (B) represents those things you don’t mind doing but aren’t as interesting for you as (A) tasks. You label each thing you do in this way going down your list.

Eventually you get to tasks you don’t like doing and aren’t very good at. It’s these things you need to consider outsourcing.

The goal here is to end up only doing those things in your business that you enjoy doing, it’s all about making your business fun and enjoyable for yourself.
